Because we interface with critical business systems, strict privacy and zero-trust engineering are our default settings.
2. Information We Collect
Unlike consumer-focused operations, Barratech strictly collects B2B interaction data. This is limited to:
- Contact Metadata: Corporate email addresses and telephone numbers submitted voluntarily to request consulting briefings.
- Diagnostic Discovery Notes: Structural system parameters shared under Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) during preliminary scoping exercises.
- Technical Log Data: Anonymous, transient diagnostics (IP addresses, web activity logs) automatically processed to optimize our site performance and secure against unauthorized requests.
3. No-Training AI Clause & Proprietary Isolation
To protect sensitive intellectual property, all AI strategy, pipeline auditing, and automation deployments overseen by Barratech operate under strict proprietary isolation rules. No client architecture configurations, business telemetry, or compliance metrics are ever used to train public Large Language Models (LLMs). All machine learning integrations are securely partitioned within designated enterprise tenants.
4. Information Security Governance
In alignment with ISO 27001 information safety standards:
- Any enterprise-related discovery data is strictly encrypted both in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256).
- Access to system analysis documentation is restricted on a strict "least-privilege" role-based access model.
- We enforce continuous validation schemes and strict NDA protocols prior to inspecting any partner databases or corporate assets.
5. Third-Party Sharing Limits
Barratech does not sell, lease, trade, or distribute corporate lead data or security evaluation records to third-party brokers. We only share information with certified cloud providers hosting our secured infrastructure, or as required strictly by cybersecurity compliance and regulatory laws.
